Who We Are

We are Kyles family & we were his biggest fans. We count it a privilege to do life with Kyle. We saw & experienced it all…the good, the bad, the miracles, the great & the ugly and we are so grateful to God to be a part of his daily life!

One of the kids said it so well when they were younger… I’m so glad Kyle came to our house because other people don’t get to see all the smiles & giggles or see how much fun he is!

Let me share a bit about each of us…

My Brother

My brother's name is Kyle,

He's very special to me.

I enjoy it when he smiles,

And when he is happy.

 

They say he's special needs,

But they really do not know.

The story of a miracle

The story of my bro.

 

The miracle one summer,

I was not the first to see

Him lying in the bathtub,

As purple as can be.

 

My mom was on the phone,

And then we heard her scream.

She sent us all running.

It seemed just like a dream.

 

The story doesn't end now:

It would be very sad.

He's still alive and happy,

And for him I'm very glad.

 

Now this is just one miracle

That kept my brother here.

There's a lot more stories I could tell

Of how his death was near.

 

I'm proud of my little brother

And all he went through,

He truly is a miracle

And my best friend too.

FAMILY IS EVERYTHING

Fall 2012

Kyle was not an easy photo shoot, although you could never tell on any of these shoots. Typically, we knew we had about a half hour & then he was done, if that. Sadly, it wasn’t always Kyle that made it hard. Anyone always have attitudes when its family picture time!?! 😯 Still thankful for all of these memories!!! 💓
